By purchasing a Bell Tower BrewFest ticket, I do hereby release and forever discharge DSI or any of its officers, directors, members, agents, employees, successors, affiliates, and/or assigns, including The City of Salisbury or any of its agents, elected officials, officers, and/or employees, (collectively “Releasees”) from and with respect to any and all claims, actions, damages, suits, liabilities and other obligations, including, without limitation, claims or damages for bodily injury, death or property damage, that is suffered or incurred by Releasor, to the maximum extent allowed by law associated with this permitted event.
